BMJPG is best known for its weekly journal BMJ (formerly known as the British Medical Journal). Established in 1840, the BMJ is an influential publication for doctors around the world. The BMJ website (http://www.bmj.com) is visited by more than 45,000 people each day.

BMJPG also publishes Clinical Evidence, the international source of the best available evidence for the treatment of important medical conditions. The book is published twice a year and is sent to about 600,000 people, including doctors, nurses and medical students. The website has about 800,000 visitors a year. BestTreatments presents this information in a way that patients can understand.
